  I went to get my taxes filed for 2020, 2021, and 2022. ***** cashed my check on July 31 (check #****) in the amount of $2,000. $460 of that was money owed for previous expenses but the rest was for him to complete my taxes. As my back taxes need to be filed, my wages at work at currently being garnished and have been for months now. The *** has stated that as long at my taxes get filed the garnish will be lifted. I have reached out to ***** ********************** over 100 times in the last year regarding this issue. He has only answered a few times but has promised and reassured me that he would complete my taxes as they were already paid for. To this day, nothing has been completed with my taxes by Mr. *********************** He does not answer phone calls. He does not respond to voicemails. I have also been in and out of the hospital over the past year but most recently since July of this year. This is why I have not filed a report until now. I also was holding out on his promise to complete my taxes as they were paid and he has already cashed the check back in July 2023. Aside from paying Mr. ********************** with him not completing his services I have lost thousands of dollars due to my garnishment that would be lifted as long as they were filed accordingly.

  ****** ***** has been a good customer for years and we have never had any problems.
  He was late on an invoice ($460.00) that went unpaid for over a year.  My firms policy is not
  to provide any more services until all outstanding amounts due are paid.   Regarding the
  2020, 2021, and *********************************** a stack of unorganized
  papers that were already up to 5 years late.  No appointment was made and returns were
  just dropped off.  The check that he mailed on July 31 #**** came in the mail, I never even
  gave him an invoice.  I do not bill a client until the work is done.  So he started calling
  harassing me about getting the returns done right away.  He then called and apologized for
  calling so many times and disrupting my business.   We talked the situation over and
  ****** said please just get the returns done.   All returns are completed and problem is
  resolved.   ****** is remaining a valued client of my firm.  He handed me his 2023 tax
  return to be reviewed.
