    This is in reference to the Donegal, PA location. Aggressive wild Canadian geese prevented us from spending more than 20 min. at Living Treasures. At least five staff were on duty but they all stayed inside the welcome building and were not available to mitigate the risk posed to our kids. Living Treasures admitted the geese were a problem but refused to provide a refund giving th excuse that Canadian geese are protected and cannot be removed. Upon conducting a basic google search, I found that professionals can remove Canadian geese compliantly. Living Treasures had no answer to this and has not issued a refund. Having an aggressive wild animal on the premises poses a risk both to the kids visiting this establishment as well as the animals on display there.
