I had a car loan with *** which I paid off in December 2024. I still have not received my title. I called the bank and spoke to Janeli ext 5805. She could give me no Information about why I have not received the title. In fact she put me on hold to see why there wasnt any info. Then she said its DMV holding it up. I asked why its been two months and no one has contacted me about a problem. She just said its part of the process????? I said its been two months since the loan has been paid and thats way too long to wait for title. She then said it could be another 2-3 week. Is she nuts? Three months to wait for a title. I told her I have a buyer for my car NOW, who may not wait another 2-3 weeks. I asked her to double check that the request was sent out. I just kept getting the run around. And apparently there wasnt NO ONE in the loan **** when I asked to speak to someone else. And I could not speak to a manager because they would tell me exactly what she had been saying - which was nothing. I want my title now. I do not want to lose out on this buyer because an incompetent bank doesnt know where my title and cannot check to find out

Jonestown bank never properly notified me I had fraudulent charges on my account. When I filed a dispute it was noted when my card was last used. They know my account and the types of purchases I make. My issue being, why is it taking longer than 10 days to resolve such a simple dispute of a fraudulent charge? It should not take 15 days which we are nearing that benchmark. I'm also irritated with the bank since I received an overdraft fee for thinking my account was in the positive. When clearly it is not. My proof to that, attached is a ATM receipt cleary stating I'm positive, no negative/minus sign signaling negative balance. Resolution, they will update my account immediately considering its going on 15 days, I have the right to my money! And they will take away the overdraft fee due to bank related errors at the ATM.
