    Very stressful experience with Collge Hunks. When they moved me out on July 1, I was overcharged. The "recorded" info conversation did not tell me that I would pay based on how many movers showed up. The move took 4 hrs.and that is what I signed on but was charged for 41/2 hrs. Instead of being charged $740, I was charged $915. I was overcharged on two issues and had to advocate for the refund, a stress that I did not need or anticipate. College Hunks just moved someone into the apartment complex that I live in. The driver drove the truck up and over our decorative, concrete, walkway entrance. No other moving companies have done this so presumptuously, or furniture delivery men either. I was concerned that the concrete would crack and said so to the driver that he should not be parked there. He smart mouthed me repeatedly and I walked away. I called the company twice to report it and the truck remained until close to the end of unloading. The "kid" told the other "kid" mover that I did not like where he had parked the truck and that it was none of my business. I was sitting above on my balcony and heard the disrespectful remark. As two male residents of the apt. complex walked by and saw the trunk parked right up on our walkway entrance they said, "they should know better". They sent kids out that do not have mature judgement and the kid was blatantly disrespectful to me when I told him he was wrong. If you like "kids" with smart mouth attitudes smart mouthing you, hire the junk hunks. The company has been non responsive. I was told that the manager would call me and he never has. The owner (supposedly) responded to my negative Google review telling me to call him, leaving a phone number that was the company number with no option to reach him. It was a joke. I requested that the "kids" come back and scrub the black tire tread marks off if our white walkway entrance, it has not happened. Disrespectful and STRESSFUL. The N in hunks did not stand fir NICE as they claim
