    I am a parents of kids who go to *********** private schools (historic ******* campus). Nutrition Management Services Company was the catering provider for last school year. Since the school has chosen another catering company this year, I started to ask for a refund on which was left on our account with Nutrition Management Services Company on Aug, 2023. It's been 4 months and NMSC has been neglecting my refund request the whole time. My email and emails sented from the head of school is not responded by NMSC for two months. Phone calls are not taken by any staff.

    The school my son is attending, ******** ************, switched away from this vendor because their food was terrible and too many students complained. Because of this, this company was supposed to give refunds promptly of money that was kept in deposit to pay for daily meals. This refund never came to me. The vendor switch happened on October 27th and an email was sent out saying the refunds would come in a few weeks. It is now December 17th and have heard little to nothing. No apologies, no verification, no re-sending of a check. And I will now never get my $207 back. It has been stolen and they don't bother to respond or return e-mails or calls at a normal reasonable pace or get back to me. I've attached screenshot evidence.

    On October 21, 2022, we were informed by a client that they would be changing the food service and delivery model away from our traditional model.  It was not based on food quality and service.  The final service date would be October 27, 2022 – and we would begin the process to transfer student meal funds to other family members, or refund directly.  Nutrition Management Services Company informed the school of the process to refund which could be 45-days, since all checks need to be manually completed.  Refund checks were processed and issued the week of December 11, 2022.  I have not been made aware of any refund checks that have not been received.
