    They emailed me a hundred times to pay for my monthly Rx. It has been over a month and I have not received it. I feel like they are giving me the run around.

    Awesome company! I have been on Semaglutide through Henry Meds for over a year and have lost weight, over 50 lbs, feel amazing and never had any issues with billing or delivery of medications.

    Don't trust this company. To be fair, I had no issue with the meds and delivery. The problem came once my subscription ended. I decided to not continue with them, so asked my card be removed as I don't want to keep my card active on file for a subscription I'm not using. Sites get hacked all the time after all. They promised me they just wouldn't charge it. (Which they shouldn't be charging me if I have no active subscription anyway?) And this was not what I asked...So I replied that is not what I asked, and again asked for my card to be removed. I can see my account, so I can see it is still there etc. Then they said they would delete it from my account in a few days. I waited exactly a month and it was still not removed. So I asked again, and this time asked for my entire account and data to be deleted, since I feel my information is not secure or safe with this company at this point. And a week later now I got an email confirming it was removed. Logged into my account(which still exists and was not deleted)and my card is still active and in my account. I'm at a loss with this company. I've never had these type of requests be ignored and then lied about before, with any company. My warning to anyone is if you are worried about your card info or personal data being taken hostage, don't work with this company. They ignore requests or sidestep questions, and once they have your card info its there forever.Also, they did reply to me later to suddenly state "while we understand your concern, please note that the destruction of medical records is governed by state law, and the duration for which we are required to retain these records depends on the applicable jurisdiction."Frankly, that is BS. If they won't delete my data, FINE. That has nothing to do with deleting my card. They still refuse to delete my card on file, retaining my full card information, and that has NOTHING to do with "health records".DON'T trust this company. PLEASE.

    I recently had a deeply unsatisfying experience with Henry Meds. Initially, I was excited to try out their product after reading some positive reviews, but my experience has been anything but pleasant.The first red flag was their billing policy. The company charges customers weeks in advance of actually shipping the product, which seemed unusual and a bit concerning. Despite the early charge, I decided to proceed with the purchase, thinking it was just their business model.Unfortunately, my concerns grew when I had to cancel my order due to the product not working. I reached out to customer service promptly (within the 30 day window) and requested a cancellation. To my surprise, the company refused to provide a refund, citing their policy that they charge for the service and not the medication. However, the invoice I have shows for a new 30 day supply of medication. I have not received it and it is 10 days later. Very disappointing. The lack of customer service to solve this makes me to believe this is being ran by a company outside the US. They have yet to personally response to my numerous request.This response is deeply concerning for a few reasons:Unfair Billing Practices: Charging customers so far in advance without clear communication is a questionable practice. It feels like the company is using customers' money without providing the product in a timely manner.Lack of Flexibility: The company's refusal to issue a refund after cancelled the order is disappointing. Poor ***************** When I reached out to their customer service team, I found them to be unhelpful and dismissive. Their inflexibility and lack of empathy left me feeling frustrated.Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Their business practices appear to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a company that values transparency and treats its customers fairly.

    Very misleading! The meds are compounded with vitamin B. No explanation on how much med vs vitamin you're actually getting. The Dr wrote me a higher Rx due to me being used to a full dose of liraglutide previous to starting this program. I started the program Dec 6 and got my shipment within 2 weeks. They pulled another$400 out on 1/2/24 and I still haven't received my meds and it's now 1/26. I called and they told me that I'm only getting my meds every other month but still have to pay the $400 monthly! They're not upfront with their costs. For $800 I can go to my my real dr and get a full 100% liraglutide pen sent to my local pharmacy MONTHLY. I'm very disappointed with this company.

    I notified Henrymeds via their required questionnaire that the medication had given me several side effects. The questionnaire ended with a physician would review for refill. I notified Henrymeds that I didnt want the medication due to side effects on both questionnaire and separate email. They instead ignored BOTH and issued a shipment for medication over $1k when my own doctor told me not to take them due to side effects. HenryMed refuses to issue refund because they shipped me the unwanted medication after ignoring my health issues.

    They sign up process is easy. They have top notch customer service and providers who genuinely care. I would recommend them to anyone wanting or needing to lose weight!!
