    My car stalled and was towed to a *** **** ******. on 5/23/2022. The car was repaired. for 263.93. I reported this to Concord auto. protect. They would get the money to the auto repair *****. as of today He never received it. I paid the diff at the time of repair approx 128.00 The Mechanic is calling me why is concord not paying. I have called concord many times and they said they gave the money to *****... The concord rep is Mike..Mike told me to fax the bill over again. which I uploaded. Any assistance you can do, I would appreciate it.

    We paid the approved amount of $140.45 which is what they got approval for and was the combination of parts and labor which is what we cover under the guidelines of our agreement. Please call us anyway to see what we can do to resolve your issue and potentially minimize your balance.

    January 2022 I started a payment plan for their insurance. I made a total of 3 payments and canceled the plan because my car ended up being unusable. They agreed to refund me the total amount paid but only refunded me 2 payments of $475 but never refunded the 3rd payment. I am still looking for the final refund.

    I purchased an extended warranty policy with Concord Auto Protect that covered me for 60 month or 100,000 miles on 2/9/2022 for $2150 which started at 130,000 miles (see attachments). The transmission recently went out on my truck @ 139,888 and I took it in to get it repaired. Upon trying to get approval for the repairs, the warranty company refused to cover the claim which is clearly covered by the policy I paid for. When I call Concord about it they said the claims are actually paid by another company called ********* and to call them about it. I called ********* and they still refused to pay for the claim so I called Concord back to get a refund because what good is a warranty you can't use. I was told they that don't understand why ********* is refusing to pay and that they would refund my money. To date, I still have not been refunded my money and I have called them twice since and was told someone would call me back and initiate the refund which did not happen. I would like a full refund as it's obvious it's a bogus warranty policy and any help you can provide would greatly appreciated. Thanks,*********************
