    On Thursday, September 28, 2023, took my Blinds to Go Flat Fold Roman Shade to the Blinds-To-Go store in King of Prussia, PA for repair. The blinds were in the home when purchased, so, they transferred the Lifetime Warranty to my name at the same address for a $25 transfer fee. The cord that folds the blind up and down had malfunctioned and the blind was stuck down. In addition, three of the flat fold mechanisms had fallen off the blind (I had the pieces and dropped off with the blind). I received a phone call a few days later that the factory said that the blind was not able to be repaired. I suggested that if they can just reattach the flat fold pieces to the blind, that woudl be fine and I would live without the up and down mechanism. I was told that they didn't have the correct parts to fix the fold, however, I handed them the "parts" that were on the blind. They were not going to honor their "Lifetime Warranty", which states that "In the event that warrantied product is not repairable, and cannot be replaced with the original style and color (i.e. discontinued), it will be replaced free of charge with the closest available product." I was not offered a replacement product at all, but, was instead instructed that my only option was to replace all the blinds in the home at my own cost.

    Time and time again I have unsubscribed from constant emails from blinds to go yet this company will not desist sending email after email
