    Harassment ever since I left a few months ago with a small amount due. Ive asked them to stop with the calls, emails and texts as Im going through medical issues and the stress is definitely not helping. Shame on you **** and *****

    The customer service etiquette is below acceptable standards. The staff does not seem trained on how to answer the phones and will not identify themselves, and will not allow the customer to speak with management. This is not good standard behavior for the outside stakeholders for the business. If this behavior is demonstrated toward incoming calls I can imagine the workplace morale among the staff. Constituents obtain loans and payments that affect their chances of making substantial live style changes for the better. Accreditation is definitely questionable.Frustrated phone interaction - Rated 1 just because the phone was answered!

    This school is false advertisement. Alison who is the director has a nasty attitude towards students and clients. I feel bad for the students who have to be subjected by her threats. There’s racism, favoritism, and more going on in the school. Alison has made threats and doesn’t care about the well being of students
