    On December 18, 2021, I purchased a $300 gift certificate from the business to give to my mother for Christmas. I had discussion with *******************************, the owner, about this purchase and the work that I would need done. I had been in contact with ******** a few times ahead of my mother trying to use the gift certificate. January 11, 2023, my mother reached out about using her gift certificate and getting things moving. This was after the company's website said services were sold out for months. She spoke with ******** finally and ******** sent her a questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire would provide information needed for ******** and her team to complete services. My mother completed the questionnaire on January 24, 2023. After completion, she received a response saying that things would get started. We were told we should receive the document in 10 business days. After waiting, and being understanding, we reached back out to ******** on February 24 for an update on the status of the documents. We did not receive a response. Since then, we've reached out dozens of times via social media, text, email and even phone calls. On July 17, I was finally able to get ******** on the phone after many ignored messages. She told me that she would look into it, and I asked for a refund. She requested that I send her both my mother and my emails. Since that conversation, she has returned to not responding and has not completed my refund. As of last month, the business website (www.rebrandcc.com) is now expired and the phone number has been changed. I’ve reached out via social media and email, but continue to not receive responses. This has caused both me and my mother great stress for various reasons, including financially.
