    I agree with **************** **************** is non existent and many staff are not trained well to b able to give you reasonable answers, I was billed for gowns for over a year before I was contacted and told they had not been getting paid (although they were on Auto Pay with my bank). The head of accounting never called me, I talked to my rep who said he would have his manager call me. It has been like that for years.BE CAREFuL of the contract! The fine print locks you in for at lest 3 years and if you leave before then, they will charge you for the 3 years as a breaking of the contract!! Thousands of dollars!
