    I hired this company about 5 months ago to install new gutters with gutter guards on my home and garage. The men came out, did a great job. A couple days later the owner text me asking for payment. I explained I had already paid to the men who installed the gutters. This was the first red flag. Later on, my husband mentioned he didnt think there were guards on the gutters because there's debris sticking out of the gutters. Lo and behold, there are no guards. I paid $3k for gutters AND guards and I only ended up getting gutters.... no guards. I called and spoke to the owner. He read back the texts between us to me, agreeing to gutters and guards for that price. He apologized and said he would send out his men in the upcoming week. When I didn't hear from him or see anyone in that week, I called back. I asked when specifically they would be coming. He said tomorrow early morning. Tomorrow has come and passed. His men dis not come, there's still no guards on my gutters and he's now not answering the phone ir returning my messages.
