      We have been making payments on a bill since March 2023 to Atlantic Region Business Office/ UHS Atalantic Region CBO based in CA and VA. We have set arrangements via phone calls to make payments by mail. Per the policy of CA and VA, there is no reason for this bill to have gone to a collections agency. We have made 4 payments of $25 on the account and all have cleared our bank just fine. There was a conversation with cust serv reps twice that we would make monthly payments of $25 per month till the account was resolved. They need to follow State and Federal laws when it comes to payments for medical procedures. Again, there is no reason for the account to have gone into a collections status. The company needs to take this account back and remove all collection notices and final status notices on the account.

      There are no documents to send unless you want statements of the checks clearing our checking account. Everything was done verbally since the company is in another state. The State of CALIFORNIA does recognize verbal agreements via phone calls and emails. And since this company lies in the State of CA, when the customer service reps agreed to accepting $25 payments, then the company had to accept the payments to the account is paid in full.

      I spoke with a rep the other day (********, who was sweet and very nice, this isn't on her) who worked with me to get a refund check to me at my address on file: *******************, Alexandria, VA *********** I was told the check will be mailed very soon, which is great news. I just had one question: I meant to ask, how much is the remaining credit? I need to schedule my surgery, counseling etc. from my attack. Also, when can I expect the check to arrive? ******************************* ***** **, **** Last 4 of SSN: **** The problem is when I called to get the balance, they just keep telling me the check is with the refunds department and not approved yet and nobody has information. I sent the paperwork and all and the payment was already released to me. I just want to know when the check is coming and the amount and if it can be expedited. I was a crime victim and need to schedule time to get my shoulder operated. I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks for all you do!

      It is hardly possible to enroll in UHS of Delaware, Inc.’s ******** Health online bill payment scheme. As of March 25, 2023, I have called UHS of Delaware, Inc.’s ‘customer service’ contact team eleven (11) times following their fossilized information systems failure to enable enrollment in order to simply pay my medical debts electronically online. Additionally, I have reached out to ******** ******* Patient Account Specialist UHS of Delaware, Inc. | Atlantic Region CBO ###-###-#### (Office) now seven (7) times in vain. I simply want to enroll in their bill payment program (ironically powered by ******** Health- a branch of ********). What are the optics of a customer’s inability to pay their debt via a solution native to a credit bureau?
