      This is Schultz Enterprises DBA Jamison's Towing responding to the review from Aimee G. We received an emailed from the BBB pertaining to this review on 3/23/23. We searched our records and do not have a customer by the name of Aimee Glampo. Nor do we have a record of anyone reporting a lost iPad.

      We responded to the BBB via email the same day stating we do not have a customer with this name and requested that Ms. Glampo provide details surrounding this alleged incident including an invoice from us, proof of payment, the name of the person in our company that handled her tow. A description of the vehicle, VIN or any other pertinent information.

      We received NO response from the BBB regarding our email and I have called the BBB FOUR times without a response. It is unfair to post such a potentially damaging review which not only defames our company but also the local police department.

      I am forced to leave a star rating. I AM LEAVING ONE STAR AND THAT STAR IS FOR THE BBB AND THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. BBB if you cannot respond to a business who has been falsely accused, when given nearly a week to do so, I believe you are guilty of committing SLANDER WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!!
