      Briar Condos in ****** parks... terrible place to live..... The *** is ran by a bunch of people that know clue how to run a property! it needs to be closed !!! don't move here

      This property management company is shady. Their collections department is owned by them, therefore they double dip. Arrears never goes down. The communications is horrible. They flip property managers on the regular. I lived in my community 12 years and have had 6 property managers. The board is always confused because each manager does things differently and the last one leaves the new one clueless so we have to start over again. I believe that is done on purpose. We have not renewed contract- expires the end of this year and they are being absurdly and utterly ridiculous to deal with in this transition. We have to follow up with them constantly. We I have requested actual bank statements from them and we don't get them. I have had to reach out to our vendors for answers. It makes you wonder how much money they have been ciphering. They do not do their job. As board president, I get constant complaints from residents and requests for help with their issues. They never respond in a timely manner. I have many instances of unprofessional-ism between the manager and vendors, manager and board members. Stay far away from this company. We cannot wait to start fresh with a new company.
