      This company is a RIPOFF! I was trying to help my stepdaughter rent an apartment by being a cosigner. She filled out the application and I thought that I would only have to cosign. They ( Hill Crest Apartments sent me an application to fill out, which I thought was strange. I filled it out, submitted all of the documents and they wouldn't accept the application unless I paid $50. My stepdaughter had previously paid $50 for her application. So why would they charge me another $50. The sad thing, they denied my stepdaughter because of a low credit score and they also denied my application because of income! I own a house in **********. I have no need to live in one of their apartments. My house is worth $500,000 and they denied me because of income! Buyer beware! I wish I could take them to small claims!

      This place is ill maintained and they do not care about the health or safety of their tenants. My apartment has been flooded out multiple times from a prior tenant which all they did was recarpeted the place and half assed fixed the issue. The ac units are leaking, the carpet is moldy along with underneath the carpet on the wood floors are rotted through and have mold. My daughter and girlfriend are non stop stick with respiratory issues. The property mama me T and maintenance have been told through the portal but still no care or attempt to fix. They are not allowing me to renew my lease because of my complaints.

      I have lived in Lansdowne Towers Apartments in Aldan, PA since October 15, 2020. On 8/17/22 I received a 35 day vacate notice for $76.67 payment for renters insurance. I have had insurance with USAA before I moved and have consistently made payments. I have always paid my rent on time. This fee I have asked to be remove and have called the office since I had renters insurance. I was told this could not be done. I have called the office a number of times and even called when I received the notice, I was told I would need to speak to the property manager and she would call me. I call Westover properties and they told me the Property Manager would call. 8/19 no call
