  Run from this practice! Or at least do NOT have your credit card on file. Unbelievable fraud. I was charged insane fees ($350?!) multiple times for no shows or late cancelation for appointments my daughter actually attended. Half the time they billed my credit card instead of billing my insurance. I called, left messages, sent emails through their faulty portal, to no avail. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, you always have to wait for a call back. Because of my birthday, my daughter told the therapist a whole week in advance shed be unable to attend since wed be at dinner. It was IN THE NOTES the supervisor read me on the phone! Yet I was charged $250 on my birthday, then randomly, another $100 the next day. Every time someone assured me it would be rectified, and I was never refunded for all of these charges. Had to stop going because of this. Then, weeks after my daughter was discharged from the practice, I was randomly charged another $130!! Actual criminals. Cannot believe this is a therapy practice.

  I sought services from this practice with the understanding that my family member would be cared for by a licensed psychologist. Instead, we were assigned to an intern working under supervision. While I accepted this arrangement, especially since the first session went well with the psychologist present, things quickly went downhill.The second session was nothing short of a disaster. The supervising psychologist was absent, leaving the intern completely unsupervised. During this session, my family member was subjected to inappropriate, invasive questions and comments that left them confused, uncomfortable, scared, and shaken. This was not just unprofessional, it was outright ********** make matters worse, this practice aggressively pushed for my consent to record the sessions. Who in their right mind would want their most personal, private struggles recorded, let alone used as a training tool? This is especially appalling when children are involved. When I refused, the practice bombarded me with relentless emails and text messages demanding that I sign the recording consent form. Their pushy and coercive behavior was manipulative and completely unacceptable. If that werent enough, their shady billing practices crossed the line. While disputing charges and co-pays for what I believed were substandard and mishandled services, they charged my credit card without my authorization. This was an outright breach of trust and a disgraceful business practice. This practice is the epitome of everything wrong in the mental health industry. They demonstrate a shocking lack of professionalism, ethics, and care. From the absence of proper supervision to their aggressive tactics and predatory billing practices, its clear they prioritize profits over the well-being of their clients. My experience was infuriating, deeply disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this practice to stay far away.
