      I had Directv at my home for a couple of years and when the 2 yr contract was up canceled my service in March 2025. I'm a devoted ***************** fan and wanted to watch them this season and the only way to watch them was to get the *************************** (****) so I signed up at the end of March. I went into a Business **** which is cheaper. Since I signed up for the service again and it's been off/on again since then.They have had 2 service techs sent out here who couldn't get it to work, and have talked over 20 phone techs. Some of them could get the channel to play and others couldn't. This month I have got 2 payments due and paid the one for 6-4-24 and now have gotten another bill for 6-20-24 and the service isn't on again.Talked to a tech last night and he said it isn't available in my region again and I asked then why have I had it off and on. I have explained that I only wanted and still do for watching the Orioles and nothing else so cancel my service. He told me I'd have to pay for the remaining months and I said why would I pay for something I don't have. They did cancel the service but I don't care about that but I'm not paying them for a service I was suppose to have and haven't go. DO NOT GO TO *******, they're terrible and most of their **** aren't helpful.

      Direct TV they overcharge you then they will interrupt you service that is ***** then in the month of August I made two payment for July, August then I made payment in sept then now my service is off now i owe ****** which for October and November for a service that I haven't used yet then when you get on the phone with a *** they don't try to help you. I spoke with a *** name Rain who said that she cant help me then I ask for supervisor Rain got me a supervisor name May she was terrible and very rude . I advise that I was going to write to the BBB May said the supervisor she didn't care if I did or not and she said to do whatever I had to do. I feel the company should be investigated I feel like fraudulent things are being done ***** ***********
