      We purchased Solar Panels in 2016 or 2017. We were told that they would monitor or panels and if the inverter went out they would replace it. The inverters have a 8 year warranty. In 2018 I realized we were generating less power and found out two inverters were not working. Over the course of the last 5 years I have been contacting the company to get our inverters fixed. They came once and 3 were down they were told 3 were down and only had 2 inverters that worked. Then another person came out a year later and he couldn’t do anything because the app wasn’t connected to the internet. Ive reached out again for help. And no callbacks. I realize Covid has made things challenging but this is ridiculous. We need this resolved. I’ve left negative reviews on yelp because of their poor customer service and I’ve called several times the last call was June 12. No one has contacted me.

      Hello BBB.  My email was down for a couple of weeks, and I missed your first contact attempt. Upon receiving this notification, I immediately contacted and called *** to resolve any issues. I assured her this matter has moved to the top of my priority list.  As it has. I profusely apologized for any shortcomings in our response times.  We could have done a better job communicating. We will use this opportunity to better serve our valued customers. I have taken immediate actions to try and repair any defective equipment. Whether it may be a firmware update or a replacement, wheels are in fast motion. We have placed a service call to the manufacturer and currently awaiting a response.  As part of our mission, we create new jobs in our industry. We had hired several interns whose positions were to provide customer service responses and feedback. We may have missed an opportunity to better communicate our post pandemic supply chain issues. We were unable to secure any of these particular parts until very recently. The Chinese manufactured microinverters were not being manufactured or exported. We had our hands tied. However, we should have done better in this particular incident of communicating with our customer. We did make sure our valued customer knows what the holdup was. I personally apologized for the delay, and we will make sure our customer remains happy and we communicate more effectively.  Bottom line is we aim to please and that is exactly what we will do.

      I purchased a solar power system with battery backup from Superior Solar Design, LLC (  Douglas D********, owner/sales) on 6/19/2020. After backup failure following Hurricane Ida in 2021 Mr D********* was in no hurry to have my system failure fixed. His technician, when he got here, made the problem worse by completely shutting down the systems solar power production. Eventually he reluctantly hired a third party consultant who, after 2 visits, fixed my system. No I am losing power production randomly due to a problem with the power SolarEdge auto-transformer. Mr D********* will not reply to my requests for warranty service.

       Hello BBB. We are in receipt of your message. This complaint is totally fabricated for reasons unknown to us. In the last year ******************** has NEVER EVER attempted to contact us regarding his bogus claim that we haven't responded to him. Literally it's been a year since we last spoke. Over one year ago, when he did actually have a service issue, we responded quickly and expertly. We even have a handwritten note from his wife saying how happy they were. Since that time, we have not received even one email, not a single phone call, no messages to our site contact form. No letters NOTHING! ZERO indication there was any problem whatsoever. This is a completely erroneous and fabricated complaint. This complainer is an outright liar. He is being disparaging and vindictive for reasons unbeknownst to our company.
