    On 10/11 I purchased a gift card for $300.00 for my wife. She then scheduled an afternoon of treatments a few days later. When scheduling her appointment the customer service agent was not very helpful. My wife then arrived for her treatments, having scheduled a facial and massage, she received the facial first. Coming out of the facial she was told that the masseur had left for the day even though my wife had scheduled one after her facial. She then asked to see the manager and was told that the masseur was the manager. She was then told that she could reschedule the massage, that would be not problem. NO problem for them but for my wife, she had taken the afternoon off for some relaxing self care and now was left with taking more time away from her work. She asked that the owner please call her. The next day the owner, ************************* called my wife, after talking with my wife she agreed to refund the balance of the gift card, about $141.00. We waited 2 weeks no refund so I called and asked to speak with ********, she called me back. She again agreed and assured me a refund would be made back to our account. I has now been over 2 months and still no refund, I have called Spavia but have not received and call back. Any help is greatly appreciated.
