    Had windows installed by Mike a few weeks ago and am so happy! The windows are beautiful and installation day couldn’t have gone any smoother. Mike’s crew did the whole job in one day, working efficiently and professionally.

    I bought windows in 2012and I didn’t put the screens in. I decided to put the screens in within the past month. I called for someone to install them and they came. Most are a tight fit. To get them in and out of the windows you hav to go on the outside and push the screens in. A few don’t fit at all.
    The guy who came said they shouldn’t be like this and they should go right in. He was going to write a report so the company can fix the problem. I called a few times and they finally called me back. They told me there is nothing they can do about it. I kept calling and no one has returned my calls. I know it has been 10 years but the screens should still fit. Even the worker who came out to check it out said it. As the professionals they should have communicated to me at the time of purchase about the screens might not fitting. Me as the consumer how am I supposed to know they wouldn’t fit. For the amount of money spent on the windows this is unacceptable.
