      I took my diesel truck to a **** dealer to have an injector replaced that is covered under the warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. The warranty claim was denied while the truck was being worked on, I paid the bill out of my own pocket because I needed my truck back. It had been in the dealership for a month and I had been waiting for 2 months to get an appointment. I contacted the warranty company this afternoon and was told that **** from customer service would call back in 10 to 15 minutes. Took almost an hour. He told me that they messed up and the claim should have been approved. I asked him if he wanted me to email a copy of the receipt, and he said they paid based off of what their "book" called for as far as labor and parts. The dealership charged me a little over $2000 and **** said their "book" said around $700. Then I was upset and did cuss at him, and he told me if I was gonna cuss he wouldn't do anything at all because he was helping me. They didn't have to pay anything because the claim was already denied. I asked to speak to a manager higher up than him and was told he was as high up as I would get. I told him that was a crock of c*** and I was going to file a complaint. He said he was going to notate my account and ended the call.
