      A 5 year warranty was purchased through Voitek on my Electrolux washing machine. Over the last 4 years, the machine has consistently leaked small amounts to gallons of water. Voitek has been out at least half a dozen times to try and fix this on going problem with no success. On January 14th, the Electroluxwasher leaked gallons of water onto my floor, I contacted Voitek January 15th, with no response back. January 16th I called again to get a date for an appointment. Spoke with the owner who did not set up an appointment nor did he seem concerned about this on going issue. Stated to me that my washer wouldn't be fixed for over a month. Also a suggestion was made for a second opinion from another repair service, and was refused stating I would have to pay for any repairs not made but them out of my pocket. Repair man called me back January 20th, to schedule a time to look at the machine, but never showed up that week nor called to cancel. January 27th, a 3rd call was made. Customer ********************** told me he'd have the repairman call me to schedule an appointment. As of February 3rd, no contact from Voitek repairs has been received. I would like this machine repaired in a timely manner or it needs to be replaced since it is under warranty. If they cannot do either, I am requesting a refund of my warranty and 50% of the price I paid for the washing machine. Voitek has proven they are unable to repair warranted items and in a timely manner at that. Video of the leaking washing machine can be provided if necessary.

      Service technician was called upon and went out to customer's home. Call was made and completed at no charge to the customer. Unit was purchased in December of '19 and the five year warranty has expired. Tech went out to diagnosis the "leak" per customer request. Unit did not leak while tech was there during test wash for approx. one hour. **** offered to have unit taken to office for further testing.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The tech saw pictures and video of the washer leaking. Tech told me to call him immediately if the washer ever leaks again, so he can come and look at it  Neither tech no Voitek told me the warranty expired. I have proof that it has not. See attached. Good till 12/23/25. 5 year stared after 1 year ********** ended. I also have a witness with the tech and dash cam recording where Voitek never says this. I would like this claim left open. I have video and pictures of the leak. Either washer gets fixed or reimbursement of half of the purchase price of the washer.

      Called and spoke with ******* at approximately 6:30 PM on 4/3/25 regarding resolution of the washer. She did not state if there is a current leak or when it last did but rather has video evidence of it doing this previous to when the tech was out. The last time the tech was there for about an hour and ran a whole cycle without any issue. Told customer they could receive 50% of the washer's original cost as credit towards a new model as they requested. Customer did not decide on anything and was told to follow up again before the end of the week.

      I order my kitchen appliance from this business , paying ******** on that day , then when I needed to pick up the range hood in October I paid the remaining balance. Both payments were by check , however when I went in on Dec 6 th to get the appliance delivered they said I owed them ******* dollars which I then put on my credit card because I did not have the proof of the checks clearing. However, since that time I have found both cancelled checks for the total amount in addition to the credit card statement . I called the business to get the refund but they can not do anything because ***** the individual that owns the company has to investigate the over charge before I can get the money, and ***** will not be back before mid January! I can not wait until mid January to get the charge lifted from the credit card , this is throwing my charge card over the balance limit

      On October 14, 2024 I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator. I paid $1,149.95. I contacted regarding the door not dispensing water, ice, light not turning off as well as not being able to regulate temperature from the door. They are saying it will be replaced but it is currently back ordered. I have spoken to Whirlpool and they have no service in my area. I want to know if they wont fix it why theyre not able to provide a replacement to the store.

      The unit was previously diagnosed by a service tech, however, the parts to resolve the issue were not readily available.

      The new unit has been received at our 1313 warehouse and delivery of the new refrigerator will be completed by the end of this week as long as the consumer can accept delivery during this time frame.

      The new refrigerator was delivered on November 7, 2024 and everything is working. The light, water, ice, and temperature is now functioning on the door. Thank you for your help in this matter.

      i bought a whasher from voitek, on 01/29/22, it broke on aug 09 22, they sent a guy out and he ordered a part another guy came to put it in, diddent work so he ordered anther part, its not the right part, so i called voitek, they dont even have a record of sending anyone out?, i want my waher replaced, i have a broken foot, 3 back surgery's and im washing clother in my bath tub, wringing them out and hanging them on a line, please help me, im getting the run around, i even bought the extended warranty , but its still on ge warranty,
