    On 2-16-23 we entered into a contract with Black Label Builders to install a new roof. Installation began on 3/28/23 to prepare the old roof for the new roof. At that time it was discovered the wrong materials had been ordered and the project had to be delayed. Correct roof materials arrived the week of 5/25/23 and installation began 5/30/23 and finished 5/31/23. However, the snow rail delivered would not fit the new roof and snow birds had to ordered. ***********************, our BLack Label Rep indicated they would be delivered in about 2 weeks and the install would be shortly there after.After no less than 6 no response telephone calls the snow bird install was scheduled 9/29/23. Upon arrival to install the snow birds it it discovered the quantity required was short 7 out of 81 installed. After calling **** no less than 6 additional times and leaving voice messages to get the remaining snow birds installed no response was made by ****. Also in January 2024 during two significant rain events in our area the roof began to leak. Also left voicemails to inform **** and Black Label Builders of the concern that it appears flashing around our chimney was either not properly installed or not sufficient to prevent the leakage. Several more voice mails were left with **** for both the remaining snow birds and the leaking roof with no response. Contacted the office manager *************************** on 2/6/24 with the issue to inform **** and received no response. Sent one additional email to **** on 2/18/24 with no response.I need your help in resolving this issue. I only desire the additional 7 snow birds installed and the roof leak investigated and repaired.Thank you.**** and *********************
