    I purchased a gift card on April 11, 2023, for $115.00 on my *********** credit card for my daughter. My daughter was unable to use her gift card because she fractured her ankle in July 2023 and required two surgeries that summer. In the fall, she had to attend physical therapy twice a week along with regular doctor ************* My daughter scheduled an appointment with the Woodhouse Spa in ********, ** on January 27, 2024, at 3:00 pm to use her gift card; however, she had to cancel the appointment because of a scheduling conflict. I contacted the Woodhouse Spa on July 19, 2024, and explained the above situation. The receptionist asked me if I saved the email for the gift card. I told her I did not. I explained to her that I am able to provide proof that I purchased the gift card on my *********** credit card statement. The receptionist told me she would send me an email, but I did not receive one. I filed an online complaint and I mailed the Woodhouse Spa a letter on July 29, 2024, and I requested they contact me. I received an email indicating the Woodhouse Spa would contact me in 1-2 business days. Again, the Woodhouse Spa did not contact me. I will not use the Woodhouse spa in the future due to the above situation. I also will not recommed the Woodhouse Spa to family and friends.
