      job was Residential heating an cooling system Quote 8-5-22 for $32780.job start around 9-15-22 12-8-22  I paid what I thought was the fine bill. $35048. I called there office an ask if this was my final invoice.then in January I get another bill for $10836. this is unresolved 1-27-23 I ask **** ******* for a meeting on 1-31-23 am he did not respond to my email till i sent another email on 1-31-23. then **** replied it was to quick for him he needed more time. **** said he need to Schedule a time the week of ****. I replied I would wait to hear from him. so he has not responded yet. I did not make any changes to the job after quoted.an at no time was there anything said about going over Quote. i was not called or talked to about it. when i got the invoice in January I called an asked about the invoice. January 17 ***** emailed me saying that they had 341.25  hr. installing an only quoted 130hr. there was many problems with the new system. an they handle that well. Smucker is saying they $312. hr. for that time. so Smucker is billing me for $312. hr.

      ***** is the homeowner and the builder did not call us back after multiple request for a return call to get this resolved- it took the builder 2 months to call us back  . I placed another call again in the last hour for the builder. I did speak with the homeowner and we plan to meet to get this resolved the problem is the person(builder)  that we had an agreement to do the project did not call us back for 2 months I feel like the report should not be posted as it was a builder issue however if we cannot get the issue taken care of in the next 30 days I would look at the situation differently now that the I placed multiple calls for the builder again and woul hope he calls back. I spoke with the homeowner and he said he would be able to meet in the next week  to discuss and hopefully the builder will be there also. The 2 parties in the agreement was the builder and smucker mechanical
