I contacted Good Tire through their online email service and got a call but had to call them back. So I made the appointment for February 17th at 10am to have my car inspected and to have rear tires, alignment if needed and a tune up if needed. I told them to called me if anything else was needed. Well I hadn’t heard anything from them and it was a little after 3 when I called them to see what was going on with my car and the Gentleman proceeded to tell me that he tried to call me at 12pm to which I replied that I hadn’t received a call or voicemail from them and he said that then there must be something wrong with your phone, he told me that I owed $789 and I asked why and he said I had to do an oil change and rear brakes ( which I didn’t ask for). I could only pay $200 for the services because I didn’t have 800 dollars. I was only expecting to pay between 400-500 dollars but they added an extra 300 dollars that I didn’t ask for. I have proof that they didn’t call me when they said they did.
