    wanted usable water cistern system ,company admitted was unable to get the seal they use after install, experimented with a variety of sealants ,all of which failed , they refuse to provide me a copy of contract [i cant find mine] they refuse to provide list of materials used to seal or clean up failed product residue ,i believe they have used products not safe for potable water and or unsuitable for ground contact , system has had severe leaks 3times so far, water has tested positive for bacteria and e coli after leaks ,they have brought in heavy equipment and dug up system 3 times ,they have attempted reseal 4 times ,i have * ****** **** ** ****** ******* , i have told them of my health concerns repeatedly but they stiil refuse to inform me of products used.After knowing of ground water contamination 3x over after 50 plus days they added bleach to system , at no time did they provide a warning of system use.i have zero faith in their ability to 1-provide a workable system and 2 -provide a product safe for human consumption system . i dont know how to upload stuff but i do have photos,videos, and used product residue for testing if needed.i can send copy through mail if requested
