    SAS was very responsive in fulfilling our request to change the call recording parameters, and also in setting up our call answering script for us in the beginning before we knew how to do it ourselves.

    After more time than I'm willing to admit, using various kinds of voicemail, it finally dawned on me that I ought to use a real person instead. NOBODY likes voicemail. Who hasn't wanted to strangulate some idiotic, disembodied voice when trying to reach a person to solve some customer service problem? I felt that SAS was a fine match and that has proven to be the case. I'm delighted with the service.

    We switched to SAS from an answering service we had been with for years. Unlike the previous service, SAS provides taped conversations so we can hear every word of the call, they get the names, email addresses and phone numbers right every time, and we love the special feature of a recorded answer with the option of speaking to an operator which has cut our unwanted solicitation calls in half. We are super pleased.

    What a great service to have. They truly are an extension to my business and take care of the needs of my clients while on the phone. They do give value to their services. The support is great anytime there is a problem or a need they are there to fix it. The operators are very well trained and answer exactly as if they were my employee.

    SAS has been great in handling our after-hours calls and ensuring that the proper channels are followed to get our maintenance team informed and on the way to help tenants in emergency situations. Their support team answers promptly and is always very helpful and polite. Thank you!
