      MLR Solutions is trying to collect on a medical debt that had been paid in full directly to the provider the same day that MLR Solutions got their hands on it. Proof of payments made was provided to them and proof that the provider shows I have no balance owing, I requested in writing when I provided this proof that all communication be in writing, they are still calling me demanding proof of payment when they were given said proof that is available to me. I also asked them to verify with the provider that the debt still exists or has been paid but they demand that I supply the proof which I have done to the best of my ability including requesting documentation from the provider which the provider ignored. The harassment from MLR Solutions MUST end! As far as I am concerned MLR Solutions is committing fraud.

      To whom it may concern, 

      MLR Solutions Inc, is in receipt of your letter dated July 22, 2022 regarding complaint ID ********. 

      Upon review of the complaint, MLR had spoken with the consumer, upon the discussion the consumer had stated and claimed the claims were paid in full. The consumer, sent MLR correspondence dated June 3rd, 2022. Upon receipt of the correspondence received, MLR had forward the information onto our client to review and advise MLR accordingly. As of August 3, 2022, MLR has not received a response back from our client. The consumer's claims have been on hold, upon a response from our client.
