    A salesperson called to offer a product and we set up a call back to move forward, to accept his promotional offer and lock in a deal I had to put a $99 deposit down on my credit card. I spoke with a designer who was supposed to go step by step designing the product until it was complete to my satisfaction. Once I was satisfied with the design a digital mock-up was to be sent to me. Upon approval would be charged an additional $150 and the magazines would be shipped. After the first talk with the designer we set up another time to talk and move on to designing more of the product but I was never called back and instead was charged the $150. I called to ask why I had been charged only to be told there was a mistake and my designer couldn't be reached because she has family issues and a manager named ****** (with an F) would be calling me. She called and promised me I had not been charged, I told her that I had been and she said she would reverse it until my product was approved. She said a designer would call me back. A designer never called me back and my money was never returned. All of these discussions happed on my work phone, one day another manager called me on my cell phone, I told him I was just putting my daughter down to sleep and asked that he call me back in 20 mins, this ******** name was ****** and he said "nope, I'm too busy to call back" and hung up. I called him back numerous times and he refuses to return my calls.

    On Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 5:54 PM EST, the Vice President of sales reached out and spoke with client to address all concerns. This client was refunded both charges that were processed on his credit card and the account was closed as well on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

    BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE On 08/01/2022, I paid $99 for a deposit for 50 magazines at $4.19 a piece to ReminderMedia out of King of Prussia, PA. Sales rep promises you everything (Nolan Pierce) and once the person to confirm the order (Sarah) claims that I have a bigger balance, an account setup fee, Nolan NEVER mentioned such fees. I was told it would be $209.50 out the door for 50 magazines and mailed out. I paid the $99, however Sarah claims I have to pay extra fees, which was NEVER discussed or agreed to with the salesman, Nolan. Sarah was 36 minutes late to my call, I called ReminderMedia and left messages. I sent an email on 08.05.2022 at 2:56pm CST to cancel and have the email to serve as a receipt of my cancellation since they clearly can't get it together...higher costs than agreed and can't be on time.

    On 2022-08-04 11:35:26 EDT Zahra spoke with ******* and explained that the $99.99 paid was used as a deposit towards the magazine mailings.  Zahra explained that the total amount for the magazines are $209.50 minus the $99.99 deposit and the remaining amount to be paid when the magazines print was $109.51.   Zarah called ******* as scheduled and left a voicemail on his cell phone at 2022-08-02 11:31:15 EDT.  The total amount for 50 magazines to print and mail was $209.50.  Nolan spoke with ******* on 2022-08-16 11:58:15 to address any issues or confusion.  During the call with Nolan, ******* requested to cancel and refund the account.  The account was closed and a refund of $99.99 was issued on 8/16/2022.  An email from Nolan was sent on 2022-08-16 12:11:19 EDT confirming the refund and closing of the account.
