    I went to the Medical man cave for my hairline and the corners of my hair. They did not give that to me. I repeatedly myself numerous times. I was told " I know what you want" They did not give me what I paid for. Furthermore, Dr. **** hurt me. He took some kind of astringent and dug it into the side of my head. Now hair does not grow there. If you look at the pictures you will see the damage that they inflicted on my person

    I ********************************* was assaulted at medical Man cave by the doctor. He took some kind of toxic material to outline where the follicles would be placed. The toxic material stripped away a layer of my skin. Nothing grows there now. After outlining where the follicles would be placed with the toxic material. He dug it into the side of my skull. I have pictures to prove it. The material was so toxic that my hair is falling out. Here that was already there before the procedure is falling out.

    I went to medical Man cave with more hair than I have now. I want you to look at my hair now. They put some kind of toxic material on my head. You can see the outline of where they put it.

    We regret that ************** had a negative experience while visiting our office.
    We vehemently disagree with his assessment of the situation.
    The first 45 minutes of the day was spent by the doctor drawing on and modifying the hairline multiple times, at his request. Usually, it only requires 15 minutes.
    He approved the drawn-on hairline and gave his authorization to move forward verbally as well as by signature.
    Our world-class hair technicians, who have a combined 20 years of experience, provided him with a mirror to check the work at each step of the way. *** ***** was given the opportunity to examine the transplanted follicles and voice any concerns at least 6-7 times during the procedure. While this is not the standard of care in any hair office, patient satisfaction is our priority. We do our best to honor patient requests.
    Within several days of his procedure, *** ***** reached out to us on multiple occasions with concern over the shape of his hairline. We reassured him, letting him know that swelling is to be expected, and this may give the appearance of a distorted hairline. The patient maintained that he was not happy with the result, even before the completion of the recovery period.
    We explained that it takes about 1 year to observe the final result of a hair transplant. Performing any additional work sooner than that may be detrimental to his existing hair and hairline. Medical Man Cave told *** ***** that after the year, if he is still dissatisfied with his hairline, it will modified to his liking free of cost.
    The patient responded by saying that he was not completely satisfied during the hairline design session itself. The Medical Man Cave staff asked the patient – “if you were not happy, why did you sign off and approve the hair techs to start?” To which he replied, I am an “agreeable” person.
    After a deeper investigation into the matter, it has come to our attention that Medical Man Cave is not the first medical practice to be targeted by his egregious claims. *** ***** previously sued ****** Hair Restoration and Transplant for a similar matter 3 years ago. The case was later thrown out of court.
    To conclude, we stand by our commitment to excellence. *** ***** is most welcome to receive follow-up care including a revision free of cost. Our only goal is deliver the best hair transplant to the patient, one that he will be proud of for years to come.

    I'm not sure why ************** is showing us a picture of his ear.  Per the attached picture, you can see that there is no cuts to his ear when he was here.  His transplant was performed on August 10th.  The patient is a professional boxer, perhaps this happened in the ring.  ************** has tried, unsuccessfully, to get both financing companies to refund his money.  We won on both of those cases.  Both companies agreed we did nothing wrong.  ************** took ****** Hair to court three years ago pro se, and that case got thrown out of court.  If ************** continues to make unsubstantiated, erroneous and libelous statements, we will be contacting our lawyers.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The pictures are of the infection I got from the procedure. The financing companies are only out for money. I would like to go to court. Please take me to court and want Medical Man cave to explain why the doctor used some kind of astringent and took skin off of my head. I want them to explain why he used it all over the implant areas and why I do not have any hair follicles on those places. Please take me to court. The outcome will be vastly different this time around
