    I paid this company to complete a medical procedure. I purchased the procedure as a bundle package, which included out-patient follow up appointments to be completed over 1 year following the medical procedure. At the time of my consultation and pre-operative appointments, I continuously informed the company that I would be moving to another state following the procedure and would need to complete some of my post-procedure follow up care there. They stated that this would be no issue, and that I would simply need to submit the receipts for the follow up appointments so that I could be reimbursed.Leading up to my first out-of-state follow-up appointment, I reached out the this business to confirm this multiple times. I even went as far as asking if there was a limit that would be covered, knowing that different optometrist offices charge different rates. I was proactive and did everything I thought was necessary to not have any confusion/issues. When I submitted the reimbursement information, it was ONLY at this time that I was informed that there was a maximum amount that they would cover for the out-of-state follow up appointments, and this was significantly less than what I am owed.While I budged correctly for this medical procedure, this significant expense is not something that I anticipated or was informed of. To make matters worse, I tried relentlessly to speak with management of the practice see if a common ground could be reached, but I have had nothing but broken promises to speak to person X, Y, or Z.

    Kremer eye associates billed for testing or procedures that were already done at my eye doctor's , they did not inform me this would be extra/duplicate testing and did not explain this would be applied to a deductible. I did not consent to duplicate testing, nor did they explain what they were doing I was just there to see a specialist.
