On 8/22/23 I was stopped at a perfume hut kiosk in ********************. The lady showed me the ** ******** ************** and told me a price of $85. I ******d it and the prices were much lower but she said its because they were fakes and hers were real coming straight from Dubai. I then walked over to their store and her daughter I presume, stared the same thing. I agreed to purchase at 5:07 PM. They never mentioned sales were final with no refunds or exchanges and I didn't realize that until I went to my car and looked at the receipt. When I opened the package, the bottle was damaged which is a tell tale sign its a fake. The gold plating is lifting up and sloppy looking, the top is stuck on and it should magnetically come on and off easily, and there are scratches on the bottle. The smell is different than what she sprayed at the kiosk as well. After reading their reviews on ****** it seems they are know for scamming. At such a high quality mall such as ***************, they should not be allowed to operate their business. I shouldnt be scammed at the ********************.
