    On 5/29/24 we hired ******* "Billy" ****** (of Bill *** ************************ to remove our existing fence and replace with a new fence. On 5/30/24, we paid him $6500 in cash in full. We were told it would take approximately 2 weeks for the supplies to come in, then about 2 days to complete the full job thereafter. Starting almost immediately after this the communication with him went from sparse to almost none. There was one excuse after another on why Billy could not communicate effectively. He said he was out of town (6/7), emergency job (most of the week of 6/10), no service on his phone (6/14), Allegedly tried to call me twice on 6/15 (no missed calls on my phone and he didn't answer when I called him after he text me), He said he was on a conference call later on 6/15, Time and time again Billy did not call me when he promised he would until the communication all but stopped. The latest excuse was that a relative passed away (6/24). Countless non-answered calls, voicemails and texts (we have documentation/records of this all).Since 6/15, I had been mostly talking to and reaching out to (what I was told) his partner, ***********************. Billy told me I can reach out to ***** with any questions regarding the project because he is "all in the loop as well". ***** did come out on Friday, 6/21/24 with his excavator to tear down the fence. He was on site for about an hour. He left his excavator and all sections of the fencing all over the back yard, He came to get his excavator on Saturday, 6/22, still leaving all demolished fence sections/pieces all over the yard. On 6/24, Billy's workers came to haul the fence pieces away. As of 6/26, there are still 3 sections of fence still standing, 2 corner posts still all or partially standing, at least 8 concrete foundations and numerous more post pieces still in the ground. The fence removal job was not completed and we are without a fence and out our entire $6500, I've attached documentation. All text messages saved.
