    I hired him to remodel a house. He did not finish the job. He did not complete work he was paid for. He removed materials from the house that were for parts of the job he had already been paid for. He quit because he demanded final payment and said it was his last day and the project was complete, but when my son and daughter in law went and met with him he was not finished and he did not even have the materials there to finish. Hes given several dates that the job would be done and he just keeps taking money. He also added in additional charges like $200 for a bounced check when it was his own bank who put a hold on the funds. Now I have to hire other people to finish the job and work hes already been paid for. He also did not follow manufacturer instructions on installing certain materials on the job. He has also delayed this project several times by not showing up when he stated, only having one worker with him, going on vacation and leaving my job to go and do two other jobs while hes under contract to do mine. Im 82 years old. This is not right.
