    Hi, I have reached out to Mr. **** owner of the business, he is the person I have paid 7500. to have grey plank flooring on the second and third floor in my home. I reached out to Mr. **** to tell him the wall to wall flooring in my home was not wall to wall. I told him there were gaps where the floor is not covered under the heating vents that are attached to the wall. He told me, that's not his problem. Me and my children purchased wood pieces to put in the the empty spaces in every room in the home that the vinyl flooring was installed and used a lot of insulation foam to close off the air that was entering our home after the flooring was installed. I was going to have Mr. **** install flooring in my laundry room and family room until he started avoiding me, after I told him about the the vinyl plank that was cut short in my dining room. There is also a spot vinyl plank that was cut by the installation guys in my dining room. I called Mr. **** again for this problem hoping he would be truthful about when he will return to fix the problem. I have been calling and texting him since April 8th and I sent him pictures of the open space in the dining room plank so he can see the installer cut the plank short. I have been patiently waiting and texting and calling, Mr. **** told me on April 24, 2025 he would come over to look at the plank that needs to be repaired. We waited the entire day, Mr. **** never showed, he never called. I texted and left him a message, he sent a text I will call you. Another dishonest statement, that he has been sending me as a response. I would like the ** to have Buenos Ayres flooring to have this company pay me for all the expenses I have incurred and will have to replace the damaged vinyl plank flooring his installation guys, installed on my dining room floor.

    Hi as of today's date May 3, 2025 I haven't received a response from ************* Buenos Ayres Flooring.  The floor is creaking making a lot of noise due to the opening/space in the flooring.  I had another flooring contractor come take a look at that area.  He told me the due to the wood plank not being the correct size and is short of reaching the wood floor barrier the flooring will creak because it's not properly secure.  He also told me we have to make sure no water will get in that opening because it will cause the flooring to buckle and raise up.  I sent another email and message to Mr. **** and he told me, he come me on Friday April 25, 2025 once again we waited all day, he was a no show, he didn't even call.  I sent him a text message *************). and left him a voicemail message.  He lied to me again, saying I will call you tomorrow.  No call.
