    I purchased a firearm from this company and I am now simply trying to trying to retrieve all the documents. For over a year now I can't get the documents. I keep getting excuses about an antiquated filing system. I have used their online contact form to no avail, I have sent a litany of emails via my personal account and they don't have the decency to respond. The only contact has been via phone. I have spoken to a young lady twice, a young man twice and most recently, about 3 weeks ago a middle aged sounding man. Still nothing. I just need them to scan and email all documents pertinent to this purchase. one year is too long to wait on a piece of document. What if this were a more pressing issue? I don't mean to be mean but this is absurd. I am not looking to bash them or sully their business reputation but I am hoping that because you are now involved they will treat this with the care necessary.

    No.communication from business at all. This is how they conduct business in a very unprofessional manner and to think I'm requesting a piece of paper for over a year now. Imagine if I were requesting a refund or product replacement? They have no regards for consumers or proper business etiquette.

    On sept 24, 2022 the business was broken into. Their voicemail says “the are closed but still receiving transfers and that once they receive our orders they would get in touch with us to schedule an appointment for pick” I paid in full for my purchase on Oct 16 to ***** ******** ***. They shipped to Founding Fathers Outfitters on 10/18/22 and received on 10/21/22 by Penny via *** tracking number ******************. I have called the company, left message via their ******** messenger in accordance to their voicemail instructions and still have yet to receive any response. I’m currently out of pocket for $585.07. According to their ******** thread update of 4 days ago, they are closed until they update their security system and are currently waiting for a custom door. I’m not the only customer waiting for their purchase. There are numerous people that posted on the thread and are waiting. This business deleted all of their customers post. Can really figure out how they state that they can receive transfer but are unable to complete the transactions with the customers.
