    On 9/26/23 I spoke with ******* ********** over the phone in regards to an invoice they sent me thru an email. I had questions about the timing of the bill because there were items from 2022 on the invoice. ******* did provide me a breakdown of the bills and payments in an email. As I was asking questions about the invoice ******* proceeded to state repeatedly that I have to pay what is owed. I explained to ******* multiple times that I have no problem making a payment, I was just trying to understand why I was getting billed for items from 2022. I was continuously talked over and my concerns were dismissed. ******* treated me with extremely poor customer service and was rude. ******* made me feel like I am a delinquent customer and disrespected. I proceeded to contact the owner *************************** by phone. ***** called me back and stated I only have 5 minutes to address my concern. I tried to explain myself and again was being dismissed to my true concerns and was being talked over. I feel like ***** did not let me get my point get across about the poor customer service received from ******** ***** continued to state I have to pay what I owe. Again, I do not have a problem paying what I owe, I simply had questions about the bill that had items from a year ago. I was not going to blindly pay a bill without questioning why it was sent a year later. After researching the invoice and my bank statements I did find some discrepancies on the invoice and found that some payments I made were missing from the statement. I personally took care of the invoice and made payment directly to the original company TJ Billing is servicing. This complaint is not a dispute towards the bill itself even though I did find discrepancies after the phone call. Its about how TJ Billing made me feel and how they treated me with disrespect, were dismissive, and failed to address my concerns. Both ******* and ***** provided poor customer service and were extremely rude. I felt discriminated, belittled and dismissed of my true concerns. This company needs to be aware that this is not a professional or a fair way to treat any person.
