The complaint is against Grocery.com because I have attempted to contact the company by phone, and left a message on 8/6/22, in regards to an order that was placed on 6/11/2020. The order ID is ******, and I did not pay for the order because on 7/30/20, I filed a fraudulent bank claim on the order, in order to avoid paying for it. On 6/25/20, I proceeded to contact Grocery.com by email or messaging, and received a response the same day, in which a company representative expressed concerns about where the package that contained the order could possibly be. Several days later, I received a follow-up email from Grocery.com stating that another order will be shipped out to me. Even though this fraudulent incident was committed in 2020, I would like to and need to pay for the order in twice the amount, since I received and consumed both orders, which was and is still theft. Until today, 8/9/22, no one from Grocery.com has reached out to me, in regards to this matter. I owe Grocery.com at least $117.00 for the two same orders that were shipped out to me, and I would like to give Grocery.com their money for having stolen their products.

    Hello,

I received a text message from someone at Grocery.com named, Ariel.  I was told that the $117 check will be deposited.  I meant no offense in the BBB complaint against the company.  I just wanted a response from someone from the company.  If such a statement can be given to the company, it will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

    Regards,
