    Transaction from 3/25/2025 PK planted 15 trees and 8 plants for us. Trees are great, but plants are not. We discussed that we needed tall grass plants that they would plant. They brought us the kind that we did not like with promises that this grass will grow tall, strong and green, but with no guarantees. We did not like it and expressed hesitation. Right after, we went to ********** and a few other garden center and learned that this was NOT what we wanted and needed. There were other types MUCH more suited for our landscape needs. We also saw that the plans they brought were too small, too dry and aesthetically UGLY. ******* also charged us $40 each for plants that were only $15 in other stores, claiming the rest was for labor, which for what we got was a total overcharge! We stopped by their center 2 times to ask for a replacement to other plants or a refund, especially because 4 out of 8 look dead and with no promise. They refused. We texted and called them almost 10 times with follow **** They keep feeding us excuses, with no consideration for out time and effort. They promised to come and take care of this on Monday 4/28, then Wednesday 4/30, then now it is coming Monday or next week (who knows?)... they keep pushing the dates out and this is becoming a cat and mouse game. Just awful for what we are asking for: meeting our quality expectation with product we explained we wanted. Our ask: please replace the 8 plants with what we showed **** we wanted to begin with or remove your product from our property. We were even ok initially to pay a difference if any or the product we wanted. At this point, we want a refund. They can come and get their plants. We are capable of just going to ********** and doing the work ourselves with what we choose. This is, however, time sensitive as the planting season is now underway.
