    I had Urban Werks tint the windows and install PPF on my new 2023 ***** model *. Two days after installation my rear window overheated at the defrost and cracked the rear window. I took the car to ***** as Urban Werks stated this was a ***** issue and not tint issue. ***** stated this was a tint installation issue causing a short at the location of the crack as seen by the tint melting. The Urban Works manager ***** spoke with the ***** service manager and stated that they would ensure the customer is taken care of and if ***** didn't cover the replacement to go ahead and do it and bill Urban Werks. Shortly, after ***** called and asked if i didn't mind waiting and he would try to get the Mechanicsburg **** location to perform the work and cover it. I agreed to that proposal. He also stated that if that was inconvenient to go ahead and get it replaced at the shop i was at but i told him i was OK waiting. Several days later ***** called me telling me they would not cover the replacement as he previously stated and that i would be responsible for it. He then proposed 50% but told me he'd talk with the owner more all call me back. Now the owner refuses to call me and ***** told me they will not cover any of it. I am disappointed in ***** the manager making statements that he'd take care of his customer and cover the replacement and then going backwards on it. This is a terrible way to run a business and not back up the damage they did to a customers window after i spent $2200 on the tint and PPF.

    ** ******************* contacted our shop, Urban Werks, in regards to this issue with his vehicle and has agreed to accept our offer of covering the replacement of the rear glass on his Tesla Model 3. I have attached screenshots of the email correspondence between myself and ********************
