    I was seeking a garage to perform an axle swap on my **** pickup truck. Offroad Central (OFC) provided a reasonable verbal quote of ***** hours of labor (approx. $2500) plus the cost of parts (estimated to be $4500). I was scheduled to drop the vehicle off at the end of November (Nov 30) and it was estimated to be completed by Christmas. The job was not completed until March 8 and the total cost was $9,190.68 (parts were $4,690.68 and $4500 in labor). The labor hours were almost double what they originally quoted! There was communication during the duration of the project but nothing that ever conveyed the amount of hours was more than originally quoted. I drove the truck home (less than 25 miles) and the rear drivers side wheel bearing locked up. I contacted OFC to tell them of the issue and they agreed to fix it. Upon further inspection, I saw loose lug nuts, the emergency brake was not completed, lose bolts on the cross member, and missing rubber grommet in the transmission. These issues were all raised to OFC when they picked up the truck to fix the wheel bearing on March 15. I picked up the truck from OFC on March 31 and trailered it home for further inspection. I had a mechanic take a look at the job and he was appalled by the lack of quality of the work performed. Upon his inspection the following issues were noted: sway bar bushing was never replaced, the u-bolts were not aligned correctly, therefore not holding in the lift blocks, front and rear axle differential vents had no tubing connected to keep out dirt and water from the inside of ********, rear upper shock mounts lacked correct length of bolts, front shock mounts were poorly fabricated to the frame and unsafe, tie rod was not adjusted correctly, tie rod and boot was not attached. Some of these issues are due to lack of care while other issues could cause significant damage to truck as well as a risk in causing a severe accident when driven. I have been unable to operate the truck due to these issues as it is unsafe.

    I ordered a bunch of products in January 2022. Total cost close to $8000. They said I would have to pay for the equipment upfront which I did. Never received equipment and never received any service. Went back to get my money back eventually and they said that the business was sold. The new owners are not responsible for any that. Never return phone calls. Never got through to a person when I called. Had to make multiple trips to try to get my money back. She stated that she refunded my credit card. That was a lie.

    When I went back to Off-road central to receive my refund for the seventh time I was greeted at the front desk by the new owner. He stated that the business had been sold to me and that he was the new owner. He also stated that the new ownership was not responsible for incurring any of the debt from the previous owners. I asked where the old owners were and he stated they were coming back next week to collect the rest of their property in the store.

    Hi my name is *************************** I have been trying to get ahold of off road central almost 2years now in return of almost $3,000 I tried to get my boyfriend tires and 2in wheel spacers for his truck through them and the tires never came and the spacers didn't either and I been calling texting and messaging them through ******** it's been months now that they haven't been returning any calls or text I would like to get my money back from them because this is just XXXXXXXX my boyfriend got his truck through the VA with money he got and I used my money from a trust fund that my grandfather left me before he passed away and I would really like to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible I'm tired of hearing nothing from them I tell them I'm getting a lawyer and I still hear nothing from them I'm tired of it other people been having similar issues as them I've been seeing we all deserve justice for this XXXX this is a well known company stealing money from the working people and its just wrong something needs to be done they need to be shut down for this XXXX

    On 7/16/2021, I ordered car seat covers totaled at $572.79. Since that date I have visited the store location approximately 7 times to see if my order has arrived. Though I was told by the owner, Barb, I would be contacted with updates. I never once received an update. During visits 1-5 I was told by the owner she will try & figure out what is going on with my order. During visit #6 I was told my car seat covers would be arriving in 4-5 weeks. On visit #7, (07/29/2022) approximately 1 year & 3 weeks after placing order there was no info on my order. The clerk was not able to provide me with any documentation that my order was ever placed. I requested a refund and was told it would take a few days for my money to be refunded. 1 week has passed and I have not received my refund. Additionally, I checked Off Road Centrals ******** page reviews and read that 3 other customers are waiting on refunds.
