    I paid over $600 for parts and labor, but they didn't do the work. Over the next two months there was a back and forth about when they could do the work, then that they couldn't do the work, then they can do it but required that I personally purchase or pick up a part, then back to they can't do it, etc. I began asking for a refund of the over $400 parts and labor they didn't/wouldn't do, which they kept refusing for over a week, each time stating the correct person wasn't present to decide if they would issue a refund. The owner finally spoke with me, told me he would personally finish the car last Thurs. I agreed to this one last attempt. On Thursday the owner was not present, then the car wasn't done. They told me it would be done the next day (Friday). Since I had to leave town before they opened, I said the earliest I would be able to pick it up is Monday morning. They told me Monday morning would be great. Today is Monday and this morning they said the car wasn't finished and they had no information to give me as to its current condition. They continue to refuse to call me back with information, so I called in the afternoon when I was told that the owner was going to be present, then the owner wasn't present, and people went back and forth about saying the car was ready the car wasn't ready. Eventually I went to the shop because it's almost the end of the day. They refuse to let me know the status of my car, they refuse to give me my car key, the refuse to let me speak with the manager owner, they yelled at me, they yelled into my face, and they threatened me. They claim there security cameras are running, so this should all be caught on camera if that's true. I finally received the car at 5:10pm with a barrage of insults and threats.
