  Very professional and worked quickly to solve my problem with an always wet basement. Price was very competitive with other quotes that I found. They also managed to get all the basement work done in the first day. Crew cleaned up very well and it was like no one was smashing up cement just hours before hand.

  They were very quick and responsive. Basically got the whole job done in a day. The basement flooring did have to be replaced and the walls had to be redone and painted, but them’s the breaks.

  Basement gurus is the best company for getting the basement project done in a timely and professional manner without breaking the bank. I cannot find a better company to get the job done and I have spent thousands of dollars trying to get one wet basement dry - enter Basement Gurus. Dan K**** went out of his way to accommodate me, listen to my concerns, show much grace with my frustrations and get the job done. He snd his crew of merry men are the best.

  We have water coming into our basement and my husband called several people to come out to look at the problem. Basement Gurus was the first company to come out. John Ford, the project coordinator assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. The professionalism he showed my husband decided to go with Basement Gurus.

  We had a system installed by another company. They left some work undone and I couldn't get them to take care of it. Basement Gurus came out, fixed it, and waived the fee. I was so grateful, and would reccomend them to anyone.

  If I had a complaint for Basement Gurus, it would be to alter the name of the company. I know a number of people with wet and muddy yards that might not look to Basement Gurus as their first choice for yard drain systems, but make no mistake, they are the best. This is an incredible, family oriented company providing exceptional service at a fair price. The quality of their work and the care the team takes is the best I have encountered in a long time. They repaired a system that someone else installed, and when it needed additional drains, there was no hassle but a quick response to come out and do what was needed to fix it. They do a wonderful job moving and placing back the grass. It’s hard to see where they did the work. Everything is left neat and clean. Basement Guru’s is truly a topnotch company and I highly recommend anyone with water issues in their yard to use them for a quality drainage solution.

  While the job didn’t go exactly as planned, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We got a French drain system put in; and had all our walls parged and resurfaced. We also did a mold remediation treatment and purchased a dehumidifier through BG. It looks beautiful and clean, and most importantly I know our basement is now very protected from water. There was some miscommunication at the beginning of the project, but Dan the owner went out of his way to make it right and ensure we were happy with the end results. The crew that came was extremely competent, professional, and efficient. They thoroughly protected our floors/walls going in and out, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was done. These are people who really care about their customers’ satisfaction. And know what they’re doing!

  After Obtaining 4 estimates to remediate the water issues in my basement, I chose to go with Basement Gurus to install a French Drain System with Sump Pump. they did NOT disappoint! Dan the founder was exceptional with his level of customer service. He is into the details and went above and beyond to assure I was satisfied from beginning to end with the service. Everything that would be done was explained to me in lay terms which I greatly appreciated. The team was timely, worked efficiently and did an awesome job with taking care of my home including the clean up. Dust was at a minimum and they were very respectful the entire time. Dan eve stopped by to check on the project throughout the day and clearly has a wonderful relationship with his crew. I highly recommend this company and will be referring to others without hesitation.
