    Cabinet Bed Store sold us a defective product. We purchased a white bed and received a multi-colored bed in varying shades of blue and white. We have been attempting to get them to resolve this issue since February; they initially offered to rectify the issue with a replacement bed or a $500 credit, but they have now changed their response and say they will they will only pick up the bed at our expense, or offer $100 and a replacement for the fold up trays (though they had already promised to send the fold-up trays last February). This business claims 100% customer satisfaction yet they have forced us to chase them down at every turn; their vows to "problem solve" and get back to us, or even return phone calls, turns into radio silence, and they refuse to return voicemails or emails. We have had to get our credit card company involved, call from other numbers just to get them to pick up their phone, and have had the manufacturer step in to help work towards resolution. After more than six months of trying to resolve this issue in good faith, we just wish to be done with them. We are willing to accept the original $500 credit to our credit card.
