    Dr. Kitty B******* is an amazing talent that completed my charitable organization's tax exempt status in short time. Her guidance was so accurate that I received an approval letter from the IRS in just two weeks. Understand that the average time is 10 months. Her professional advice is the direct result of this amazing success. My organization is set to aid veterans, first responders, LEO, EMS, and all sorts of service oriented amazing people. They are struggling and time is of the essence. Dr. B******* is the best in the business. I plan on using Harbor Compliance to aid my organization to stay in compliance for the remainder of its lifetime. Thank you for your dedication to non profits that are set to provide guidance on not just being suicidal, but restoring the Warrior Ethos that resides in all of us and aiding our Warriors to thrive and flourish with productive lives.

    Misrepresentation on products the provide. I needed a Certificate of Authority for a state and paid $725.25 for it on line, after talking to their representative on phone. Two days later, they told me what I needed was a Certificate of Authorization and I needed to pay them another $2000.00 and it will take several more weeks. I told them to cancel service and refund my money. They said they don't have a refund policy. Another company provided the service for me for $500.00 in one week.

    No one returns emails or phone calls if you need help or have questions. Biggest waste of money and time.
