I recently had the pleasure of working with TEC, The Exterior Company, after my home suffered significant wind damage to the roof. The experience was exceptional, thanks largely to the outstanding service provided by Dakota *****, their representative. Dakota went above and beyond to ensure that my family felt cared for throughout the entire process, particularly during the insurance claim.Dakotas dedication and imperative spirit to rectify the situation were truly unparalleled. He was meticulous in ensuring that every step of the process, from the initial assessment to the final installation, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. His communication was clear and timely, keeping us informed and at ease throughout.The roofing team was efficient and skilled, completing the removal and reinstallation of the roof in just a day. Dakota oversaw the entire operation, ensuring that the work was top-notch and that we were completely satisfied with the results.The end result is a roof that looks amazing, and my family couldnt be happier with the outcome. If you want great service Tuesday exterior company they did a wonderful job on my roof and Im sure theyll do a wonderful job on yours. Dakota ***** took care of me day night whatever hours roof was done very quickly. I hope you enjoy yours thanks guys.The Exterior Company

We got a new roof and siding through TEC. Our project manager, **** ******, helped us out along the way. I had lots of questions throughout the whole process. **** always made sure my questions were satisfied. The whole experience went very smooth and our house exterior looks amazing. 1 starThe new roof installation after hail damage in the fall of 2023 went very well.Unfortunately now some of the roof on a small front porch has come loose and they agree it is under warranty ( after some time delay) but after they said they would tell me when someone would be out to fix it they for over the last two weeks they wont answer emails or return phones calls.Review fromDavid O

We experienced hail damage to our roof in August. Our project manager was **** ******. He was very thorough and excellent to deal with. It also required some back and forth with the insurance company, but after a lot of work and persistence on his part the insurance company agreed to replace the roof. **** was very good about explaining exactly what to expect on the day of the replacement and we are very happy with the final product. I would definitely recommend TEC and **** ****** to anyone in need of a new roof.The Exterior Company

They were fantastic to work with. The blue color roofing matches my house so well, and sets it apart from all the other nearby homes. And **** ****** was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive, very kind, understanding, and as an LGBTQ+ person he went out of his way to make me feel accepted. I cannot recommend them enough. 1 starI appreciate the work that was done, but I cannot reach a person at the company who will help me settle my account. I paid my bill in full at the end of the project in August 2023. Then over the next several months, I received additional bills not previously disclosed. This has been very frustrating. While I have been trying to reach a resolution, I was sent to collections by TEC. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company though I was excited about the initial interactions and the work. Working through the post-work, post-final payment extra bills has been a nightmare. I am working with an attorney to bring resolution and restore my credit.Very frustrating.
