    Aspen Dental in *********, ** has committed insurance fraud and are deceptive and fraudulent. They will charge you for procedures that have not been done and bill your insurance company for procedures that were not done too. This dental company needs to be investigated and closed. They have caused harm to many patients.

    Do not go here if your ever in pain. Had the most horrible experience. Never in my life did I ever go through this. Went in for a bad toothache on a Tuesday early morning. I was seen then sent me to speak to a consult. As I was listening and asking questions I was told what the problem was. They told me I was to get some antibiotics and pain meds sent to my pharmacy by early afternoon, well let's just say no medications were sent over. I called repeatedly over and over to always get a voicemail left several messages. Not one person from the called back. I called customer service and they couldn't get through to the office either I called cooperate to make a complaint. Then cooperate office in the early evening said they would have an on call Dentist call me back within 2 hours. Never heard from anyone. Now Wednesday I called cooperate told them I wanted to cancel they said hold on they were going to call the office needless to say they only got a voicemail which is ridiculous. Cooperate should have a direct line with Aspen Dentist so they can resolve any problems. Well now it's a Friday I get a call from the Dentist that I cancelled my appointment he says oh I'll send over the meds to the pharmacy I was like is this is a joke. I explained everything to him. All he says oh you need to get the problem taking care of. Well I told him I'll find someone else because I'm not going back and to take my name, phone # out of there system. Now I wait for the bill for x-rays and exam which I believe I shouldn't have to pay for with all the nonsense they put me through. Very agitated with this whole situation.
