    My Father *** Quoted Multiple Prices and is elderly and sick. I feel that what was charged is extremely too expensive. I feel like they took advantage of my father. His speech is not all the way there any more because he had brain Parkinsons If your going to do a job you do it the right way and not just take money from someone ******** these people charged him for a quick fix. I called them and waited a while to speak to a manger the first ******* I spoke with was just inconsiderate and rude his name was *****!! He actually told my dad he does not want to deal with me The second ******* I spoke with his name is ******* he was actually nicer and atleast gave back 50% of my dads money to him but I want a full refund. I contacted the actual electrician that worked on my house that I just bought everything newly renovated and he told us that what we were charged was rediculous. I just cant sit right with a 50 % refund for something that was not needed. I cant even picture my father actually agreeing to this charge in the first place !!! They should have took there time to explain & not to mention they are in debt from the same company as we speak owing *****s of dollars from past help in *****************
